Italian police £270,000 from United States music star, Calvin Broadus popularly known as Snoop Dogg at an airport in Calabria, Southern Italy.
The singer, who is to perform at the Kendal Calling festival in northern England today, was suspected for money laundry as $422,000 was discovered in his bag.
After investigations, the Italian financial police said that the money is likely to be returned, with a fine deducted.
However, Andrea Parisi, a lawyer representing the artist, told Reuters: "We clarified everything from a legal point of view. The money came from concerts he had performed around Europe. There was no crime; it was just an administrative infraction."
