After SoundCity released a press statement on their website explaining why they no longer play music videos from P-Square, Jude Okoye, brother and manager of P-Square reacted on Twitter saying that SoundcityTV makes their money from showcasing artistes’ songs without paying any royalties.
He added that the artistes’ job is to make the songs while the media station’s job is to play it.
Jude also said that their threats can work on others but not on P-Square.

Other reputable channels have no problems taking care of artiste logistics for their events
