Actress Bimbo Akintola To Act As Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh In ‘93 Days’ Ebola Movie

Nollywood actress Bimbo Akintola has been unveiled as the actress that will play the role of Dr. Stella Ameyo in the new Ebola movie titled ’93 Days’. It is disclosed by HealthNewsng that the movie which is sponsored by UBA Bank Plc is based on the story of Ebola disease outbreak in Nigeria last year.

Akintola said the movie will be about courage in the face of death.

In her words; “The doctors at First Consult (hospital) didn’t ask for an Ebola patient. They weren’t expecting it. But they stood up to the plate when it turned out the patient had Ebola. No one run away. That is courage in the face of death.”

Akintola also disclosed that about 12,000 people fly out of Nigeria daily to different corners of the globe. She added that an Ebola outbreak in Nigeria would have had a devastating effect on the world.
